咸饼糕秘方 Cracker Cake Recipe

Actually I did shared the recipe in 2010 without photo.... Now is add on photo...
Ingredients required:
150g / 23 pieces crackers/咸饼
100g-120g sugar/糖
120g butters/牛油
3 eggs/鸡蛋

Steps:
1. 将咸饼弄成碎粉。
2. 牛油 + 糖 打成白状/松发。
3. 鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
4. 将 (2) 和 (3) 混匀, 逐加入咸饼粉。
5. 蒸 15mins.

2. 牛油 + 糖 打成白状/松发。Beat the butter and sugar until light and white...
Hit till this pattern...

3.  鸡蛋搅拌均匀. Beat the egg.
4. 将 (2) 和 (3) 混匀, 逐加入咸饼粉。Mix well (2) and (3), slowly add on cracker powder...
Split some butter in the container before pour the mixed into...
5. 蒸 15min。 Steam for 15 mins.
Use a wood stick to test the cooked status. If the stick wet yet means u have to steam another 5 mins...
Try to mash the cracker as powder as u can...
